• Jane will email you stipend documents after today’s meeting. These are due back no later than August 7.
• Any exceptions to this date have already received notice from Jane.
• Please check documents for stipend amount increases which are highlighted in green to indicate the change.

Substitutes for Classrooms

Cooperating Teachers
• Cooperating Teachers receive a personal day for having a student teacher
• Log in absence as no sub needed/school business

• Please continue to work with staffing administrators on hiring HQ staff and moving staff to comply with HQ requirements.

Worker’s Compensation:Procedures to Follow
• Designate one or two staff members
nurse/secretary to assist employees
• Contact Benefits Office to report employee injury-even if employee
does not go to doctor
• Read and Follow Worker’s Compensation Procedures
• When in doubt, call Benefits Office!!
