    In this activity we will brought the lots of used and out of order laptops from

    different cities and abroad (china), we will sell them after repairing which can

    be repaired in view of cost incurred on them. For example: if we brought the

    lot of mix laptops and by analysis we found that the VGA problem is very

    normal in these laptops so we just change its VGA and clean it and give onemonth after sale free service to attract the customers.

    Laptop Repairing Facility

    In this activity we will repair the laptops to increase our services to laptop

    customers.

    As far as competitors are concerned we are about to start this business from

    Gujranwala so here we have following competitors:

    accessories. For opening a new business regarding Laptops we have a

    gigantic competition but providing laptop accessories is a competitiveadvantage for us.

    Cost Challenges like Transportation Cost.

    Our competitors can also start laptop accessories business and can

    give us really hard time in competition but for this purpose they willneed more capital.

    Office working hour will be open from 9 A.M until 5 P.M. All employees should

    be at time and during hours if an employee outside the organization the

    he/she will must tell his supervisor.

    Attendance policy for any organization considered as very essential. In LEARswe followed strict attendance policy. Any person who continuously 3 days

    absent from organization will be terminated from his job.

    All employees are allowed to take unpaid leave for any illness or any urgent

    piece of work.

    Employees are paid on 5th of every month.

    Overtime has been given to those employees who work more than 40 hours

    during a week. Overtime payment will be disused later.

    Performance:

    Performance includes quality of work and quantity of work done by the employee.

    Appraisal:

    Appraisal means the act of estimating or judging the nature of something or

    Performance appraisal will be held once in a year TQM (Total Quality Management)will be used and Ceo (owner) of the business will be directly involve in checking this

    whole process to increase its soundness.

    We will use TQM (Total Quality Management) appraisal approach. It may presume,

    that TQM approach will contradict with our mission vision and culture in which

    we have told that our business would be economical while we are doingperformance appraisal on setting at Total Quality Method.

    We will provide services according to the demand of our customers whether a

    customer demands cheap services or reliable services. According to the demand we

    will provide services to our customers. Because due to inflation and recession in the

    market majority of people cant buy new and expensive laptops so for them we will

    provide economical and reliable second hand laptops with one month of free

    services and for the other class of customers who wants to buy the latest and most

    expensive laptops we will provide them on order and if they want genuine

    accessories or quality repair services we will provide them as well. And for the

    assessment of our employees work we will use total quality method. Each job will be

    assessed on the above mentioned criteria the work would be analyze keeping in

    view the demand of customer or business which was required from the employee.
