Authentic Swiss Stocks We have developed a range of Authentic Concentrated Stocks. They have been designed with care and by using traditional methods which can almost be dated back 80 years, resulting in Stocks that are Delicate in Flavour and Intense in Taste. Our Authentic Stocks gives the chef a real flavour base for any culinary creation. All of this range are Gluten Free and have excellent usage levels. Bouillon Pastes and Powders Bouillon Pastes and Powders have developed into two important ranges for Hugli. Bouillon Pastes are exclusively produced in Switzerland and are already very popular particularly with Profit Sector clients in Restaurants, Hotels and Bistros, they produce instant flavours in any recipe creation. Available in Beef, Chicken, Vegetable and Ham, they are all produced Gluten Free.

Gravy We produce the most extensive range available here in The UK. Ranging from The Traditional Gravy Granule to Fine Gravy Granule. Soup Dehydrated Soup are an important part of any caterers menu and we supply a complete range of products. These are very convenient to use and sold throughout The Cost Sector. Schools, Hospitals, Care Homes and Universities are the main markets for these popular soups. However with an increasing interest in fast food we are seeing that soup is having a resurgence. Gluten Free We increasingly produce for the dietary needs of their customers. Stocks, Bouillon Powders, Paste and Gravies are all produced Gluten Free. Gluten Free is now a prerequisite where schools are concerned however with an increasing number of allergens affecting the general population food manufacturers like Hugli have to produce clean label products. We have been producing and developing recipes for a number of years now that reflect the demands of their customers. To recognise our contribution to the clean label agenda, we were awarded The Food for Life Supplier Award. This gives customers confidence to know they are working with an accredited supplier.

Organic We have been supplying The Retail Market with Organic Products for a number of years and now these recipes are available to The Food Service Wholesale Market here in The UK. Our production site in Switzerland is Organic Accredited and now produces for many school customers in the UK. With The Food for Life Scheme fast becoming high profile for both Schools and Hospitals, Hugli are uniquely positioned to meet the demands of this marketplace. If you are an end user and going for your Food for Life Gold Award and use Organic Gravy in conjunction with your meals, you have a much better chance of gain this award.

Private Label We provide Private Label Services for their customers and have lots of experience in the management of customers projects. This process starts with an idea and with agreed timescales finishes with a successful conclusion. The integral parts of any projects are: New Product Development Packaging Formatting Artwork Origination Pricing Supply Chain Technical Support Marketing Planning Forecasting We can work to a clients demanding timescales and complete the process successfully by working to and with a customers critical path.

New Product Development We have a close relationship with our customers, this has been cemented by turning customers new product ideas into reality and from product concepts to delivery. We simply work closely with our customers to achieve potential, both of on their current range and also on future projects. We have developments teams in each of their supplying sites. Each of our sites have specialist production facilities which is underpinned by dedicated New Product Development Teams. These teams use their expertise to produce some outstanding recipes.

General We produce dehydrated stocks, bouillons, gravy, soups and sauces for the UK Market. We produce across three of their sites for The UK, including Switzerland and Germany. All goods are held in our UK Warehouse awaiting call off by their customers. Under normal circumstance a 5 day lead time is expected by our customers.
