Gift cards are an excellent way to increase profitsand drive customer (and merchant) loyalty. Enablingyour merchant clients to utilize a gift card programfor their business will tap into unspent customerfunds and increase cash flow for their business whileat the same time build customer loyalty and increasebrand awareness.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/ACH AUTHORIZATION: All fees for the Services shall be paid by an ACH transfer of funds from a bank account designated by Client. Client hereby authorizes EPI to initiate debit and/or credit entries and adjustments from or to Client’s designated DDA account for such purpose. This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until EPI has consented to its termination, at such time and in such a manner as to afford EPI a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Client acknowledges that it has received and read a copy of the Gift Card Processing Agreement, the Program Guide or other applicable document containing the general terms and conditions governing the provision of Services. Client further agrees that EPI shall not be required to provide card numbers and outstanding balances in any format other than hard-copy paper, and any card numbers and corresponding amounts will be provided at a cost of $0.75 per card number record. In the event of any conflict between such general terms and conditions and this Gift Card Application and Agreement, the terms set forth in this Gift Card Application and Agreement shall govern. The following Deconversion/Cancellation Fees apply: A Deconversion/Cancellation fee of a maximum of $150 will be charged if this Agreement is cancelled before 12 months.
