Oxycomplex NS(Non-steroidal)

12 x 100 ml vials Oxycomplex NS is a combination of a broad spectrum antibiotic and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Each ml contains Oxytetracycline as Oxytetracycline HCI Ph. A sulphonamide-antibiotic combination in a balanced solution of electrolytes for the treatment of enteric infections involving micro-organisms sensitive to the drug. The product also contains kaolin which has an absorbant effect in the gastro-intestinal tract. Each 100 ml contains; Neomycin as Neomycin Sulphate BP 440 mg, Sulphathiazole BP 2640 mg, Sulphadimidine BP 880 mg, Potassium Acetate BP 327 mg, Sodium Acetate BPC 1949,1981 mg, Magnesium Chloride BP 102 mg, Calcium Chloride BP 102 mg, Sodium Chloride BP 1802 mg, Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel BP 1936 mg, Light Kaolin BP 10558 mg.

Bimastat Suspension (New Formulation)

A highly concentrated suspension of antibiotics and Kaolin indicated in the oral treatment of diarrhoea in preruminant calves associated with infections caused by organisms known to be, or suspected of being susceptible to the combination of sulfadiazine and neomycin. Each ml contains 150 mg Sulphadiazine Ph. Eur., 25 mg Neomycin (as Neomycin Sulphate), 105 mg Kaolin. In addition to the powerful antibacterial action of the product, Kaolin is an established absorbant.

Neorease 500 ml A broad spectrum product indicated in the treatment of bacterial enteritis and pneumonia in large and small animals caused by the micro-organisms sensitive to any of the active components, or combinations thereof. SpectoGard Scour-Chek 240 mL1000 mLGallon

An oral solution containing Spectinomycin Dihydrochloride Pentahydrate equivalent to 50 mg of spectinomycin activity per mL. It is indicated for use in pigs under four (4) weeks of age for the treatment and control of porcine enteric colibacillosis (scours) caused by E. coli susceptible to spectinomycin.

OrallyPigs under 10 lbs. – 1 pump (1 mL) twice daily. Pigs over 10 lbs. – 2 pumps (2 mL) twice daily. Treatment may be continued twice daily for 3 – 5 days.

Sulfa 25% Solution 4L container An apple flavoured solution containing in each ml 250 mg Sodium Sulfamethazine. It is indicated in cattle and sheep for the treatment of foot rot, shipping fever, bacillary enteritis, metritis, bacterial scours and coccidiosis in sheep. In swine it is indicated for the treatment of strangles, navel ill, joint ill and bacterial enteritis. The product is used for the treatment of caecal coccidiosis in chickens.

Cloxamast 24 x 4.5 g syringes A smooth intramammary suspension containing in each 4.5 g syringe Cloxacillin (as Cloxacillin Sodium Ph. Eur) 200 mg, Ampicillin (as Ampicillin Sodium Ph. Eur) 75 mg, indicated as a routine treatment for mastitis in lactating cows. The product is effective against Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, penicillin resistant staphylococci, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Escherichia coli and other gram-negative bacteria.

Intramammary

Gallimycin 36 6 ml syringes A lactating cow intramammary containing in each 6 ml syringe 300 mg Erythromycin. It is indicated for the treatment of bovine mastitis and has a withholding period of just 36 hours after the last treatment

Intramammary

Gallimycin DC 12 ml syringes A dry cow intramammary containing in each 12 ml syringe 600 mg Erythromycin. It is indicated for the treatment and control of bovine mastitis in dry cows only.

It is used in the treatment of sub-clinical mastitis at drying off, and the prevention of new infections during the dry period. In comparative trials the product has shown improved efficacy against other cephalosporin containing products.

Kefamast Lactating Cow 24 x 9 g syringes A very highly concentrated suspension of Cephalexin and Dihydrostreptomycin in an oily base suitable for the treatment of mastitis in lactating cows. Each 9 g syringe contains; Cephalexin Ph.Eur equivalent to 500 mg of Anhydrous Cephalexin and Dihydrostreptomycin Sulphate Ph.Eur. equivalent to 500 mg of Dihydrostreptomycin. This product is particularly indicated in the treatment of sub-clinical mastitis. Somatic cell counts in the treated animal will quickly return to normal levels, allowing cows which would otherwise be culled to rejoin the milking herd.

Multimast 24 x 4.5 g syringes A suspension of antibiotics combined with an anti-inflammatory in an oily base. Each syringe contains Neomycin base (as Neomycin Sulphate Hear.) 250 mg, Procaine Penicillin Ph.Eur. 100 mg, Oxytetracycline HCI Ph.Eur. 50 mg and Prednisolone 10 mg. This combination is effective against most strains of micro-organisms commonly associated with mastitis in the lactating cow.

120 x 4 g syringes A non-antibiotic dry cow treatment containing in each 4 g syringe 2.6 g Bismuth Subnitrate in a mineral oil vehicle. When used in cows considered likely to be free of sub-clinical mastitis at drying off it results in a reduction of sub-clinical mastitis at calving, and of clinical mastitis in the dry period and the subsequent lactation.

A unique concept in dry cow therapy. Each teat is infused with 2 syringes, the first containing Cloxacillin 600 mg as Cloxacillin Benzathine Ph.Eur.; the second syringe containing inorganic salts in an oily base which seals the teat canal preventing access to the udder by mastitic organisms during the dry period.

Zeromast 20 x 3.6 g syringes Each tube contains Cloxacillin 600 mg as Cloxacillin Benzathine Ph.Eur.. The unique base means that following infusion Cloxacillin diffuses rapidly through the udder pyrenchyma and levels in blood plasma increase to a peak between 2 and 8 hours. The MIC for 100% of Staphylococci, 71 % of Streptococcus agalactiae, 100% of Strep. dysgalactiae and 93% of A. pyogenes is maintained in milk for more than 32 hours; this means that in many cases one treatment is sufficient to effect a cure.

Ecofleece EC / Tsetse Tick Dip

An emulsifiable concentrate containing in each litre 100 g of Cypermethrin High-Cis. Cypermethrin consists of eight different isomers, and these can be grouped into two groups, the cis-isomers and the trans-isomers. The cis-isomers are the more active group, being considerably more effective than the trans-isomers. Ecofleece contains high-cis Cypermethrin, which has a ratio of 80% of the more potent cis-isomers. This has twice the activity of Cypermethrin which normally only contains 40% of cis-isomers. As a synthetic, pyrethroid emulsion, Ecofleece is better tolerated than organophosphate compounds, meaning that it can, for example, be used in the treatment of mites in poultry. It is effective against most of the important ectoparasites in animal husbandry, including one-host ticks, multihost ticks, cattle mange, nuisance and biting flies, sheep scab, sheep lice and poultry mites. It also provides protection against parasitic fly larvae such as screw-worm, grubs or blow flies.

Tsetse Tick Pour-On 250 ml A ready-to-use pour on product containing 1 % w/v Deltamethrin used for the control of Tsetse and other biting flies, ticks and lice on cattle. This product has substantial advantages over traditional dipping methods in tropical areas. By squeezing the plastic container an accurate dose can be put into the dispensing chamber. This obviates the need for regular dip calibration. It is particularly useful in arid zones where shortages of water can often render spraying or dipping impractical. It is environmentally friendly insofar as the problem of dip-wash, or spray disposal does not arise. It has also been proven that when used as part of a tsetse control programme, the use of Deltamethrin pour-on can substantially reduce the incidence of Trypanosomiasis in affected areas.

Convital Equilytes 3 x 60 g tubes Convital Equilytes contains potassium, magnesium and calcium ions concentrated in an amino acid ‘chelate’ form to make them highly absorbable and rapidly bioavailable. As a stable amino acid-electrolyte chelate, Equilytes is not ionised in the gut, but is absorbed intact through a different pathway. This means that the electrolytes are transported across the gut wall to the blood where they become bioavailable in minutes rather than hours. Each 60 g syringe contains Calcium 600 mg, Magnesium 600 mg, Potassium 2,000 mg, Sodium Chloride 4,000 mg, L-Glutamine 100 mg and Amino Acid 22,000 mg in a molasses base.

Insert paste as far to the rear of the mouth as practical. Deliver entire syringe or give half prior to and one half immediately following event or workout. Water horse after administering.

Chlorhexidine Solution gallon An aqueous cleaning solution containing 2% chlorhexidine gluconate for use onhorses and dogs for application to superficial cuts, abrasions or insect stings.

TopicalDilute: 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of chlorhexidine solution per gallon of clean water.

Directions for use:Rinse skin area to be treated with chlorhexidine solution. Wipe away excess and pat dry with a sterilized gauze or sponge.

Clinicide 4 L20 L

A germicidal disinfectant containing the active ingredients Didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride 4.61 %, n-Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 3.07 %. It also has virucidal and fungicidal activity. The product is active in hard water (up to 400 ppm (calculated as CaCO3)), plus 5 % organic serum.

Dilute 1:128 before use

Gentle Iodine Spray 500 ml4 L

A Povidone-Iodine topical solution containing Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine 10 %, equivalent to 1% titratable Iodine. It is an aid in the treatment and control of bacterial infections of superficial wounds, cuts and abrasions, naval stumps, docking and castration wounds and for disinfection of skin areas before injections, castration and docking.

Topically by spraying

Germex 500 ml A concentrated germicide and disinfectant solution for use as a disinfecting agent. It contains N-Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride 11.5 % and a corrosion inhibitor.

Dilute 60 ml with 4 L of water.
