If you anything like us, then you’ll be wanting to do life better. We want to do life better and we want to see other people doing life better, because we think that all of us, no matter who we are or where we’re from, can do at least some aspect of our life better. If we are doing life better, then we are going to be happier and if there are enough people all doing life better then ultimately the world is going to be a better place.

We know this is a bit cheesy but its

also true so we are just gonna have to

put up with the cheese!!

The way we do all this is through coaching and everything we do is done in a coaching style. It simply means that we don’t tell people how to do life better, (cos we’re not your mum), we help people figure it out for themselves and then support them to make that happen. So may-be its your relationships, your money, your education, your business or any other area of your life, then we can help you to help yourself do it better.

Private Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between yourself and the coach which gives you a

space to talk that is confidential, non-judgmental, truthful, challenging and

caring. Coaching will not tell you what you should do, it will enable to discover

the answers for yourself. You will be able to discuss your aims in life and set

achievable goals to help you reach them.

Here's the good news! The first sample session is always free! The reason for

this is it gives both you and your coach a chance to see whether coaching is

right for you. If coaching is right and the coach is right then we get going. If

coaching's right but you think you would prefer a different coach then we

know loads of other great coaches that we can refer you to! There is no catch

and there's no hard-sell. Coaching sells itself and we only want people that

really want coaching- so if it's not for you it's absolutely fine.

If you do decide to begin the coaching journey then we ask for a commitment

of at least 3 months - because change takes time and we've found 3 months

to be the minimum amount of time for that to really take place. Coaching ses-

sions last 1 hour and you can choose how many you would like a month. 2, 3

or 4 depending on how much and how quickly you want to bring change to

your life.

Coaching can take place either face to face (if we are local to each other) or

over the telephone, so it doesn't matter where you are in the world, so long as

you have access to a phone we can get going. For more info or to discuss it

Youth Coaching

Coaching with young people is incredibly powerful stuff, infcat we

think its so good it probably should be compulsory. It’s all about sup-

porting young people to move forward, fulfil their potential and do life

better. It’s a partnership between us and the young person that gives

them a space to talk that is confidential, non-judgmental, truthful,

challenging and caring.

The most effective part of coaching is that we don’t tell young people

what they should do, we enable them to discover the answers for

themselves. . In essence we place the ball firmly in their court. We

believe that young people are much more likely to do something if

they have chosen it, rather than being told to do it.

We provide coaching for a wide range of young people, from those “at

risk” to the most gifted and talented. We also work with a variety of

organisations including schools, alternative education providers, local

authorities, and youth agencies.

private coaching for an individual young person, then please just get

in touch and we will be happy to talk it through with you.

We provide coaching in schools for both students and staff, and its go-ing down a storm. People are really seeing the benefits of having a coach in their school. We are also excited about getting students coaching other students, so we’ve created some great peer coaching training

We’re really into inspiring young peo-ple to get excited about business and enterprise, cos when we were kids nobody told us it was that good, so we want to make sure young people know how much fun business is. To learn more about the way we do that, click here

Our Story

Our Promises

We started out in 2004, under the name Academy for Commu-nity Training (ACT) when Jayne Chudley developed and deliv-ered the Ambassador Pro-gramme. Working with the sup-port of Sarah Hntayszyn we evolved and grew in many ways, developing both our services and our client base.

At the start of 2010 Jayne formed a partnership with John Borland and we grew a whole lot more...
