Will taxes on fights be included?All prizes that include ights will have the airport taxes paid on behal o the Player.Additions or upgrades to the ight arrangements are or the Players own expense. Transers not included.

Will I have to pay capital gains on purchases?Items over a certain value might have a Capital Gains consequence depending on each Players tax situation.The Capital Gain cost will be or the Players own cost.

What happens i I dont have the money available?I there are insufcient unds available in the account that the purchase is being made, then the 60 second timewill continue to count down until a successul purchase is made rom another account. Should this not be achievedthen the prize will be passed on to the next quickest Player.

Can memberships be paid o?Yes, payment plans can be requested, but your purchasing number and starter pack will only be released once theull R5000.00 has been received and reected in the PLAYOUTLOUD account.

Where can I collect my prize?Prize winners within Gauteng will have to collect their prizes rom the LIVEOUTLOUD head ofce in Fourways.A photograph will be taken o the prize with the Player which could be used or marketing purposes and socialmedia. Winners living outside o Gauteng will have their prizes delivered to an address o their choice within SouthArica. This would have to be arranged with the PLAYOUTLOUD team or LIVEOUTLOUD head ofce.

Does the application work on all smart phones and networks?Yes, the application works on all networks and all smart phones purchased within the last two years (2010 2012).Should the application not unction correctly and the developers arent successul in making it work efciently onyour handset, then your membership ee will be reunded in ull.

Can anyone download the application?Yes, but only the 500 Players who have paid memberships will be able to make purchases.

How do I pay and secure the prize?You can preload your Mastercard or Visa credit card details or the One Click purchase acility. Alternatively youcan manual upload your details or each attempted purchase (please note you will only have 60 seconds to uploadyour details manually and secure the prize)

Can I return the prize to PLAYOUTLOUD?Prizes o R20 000 value or more will have a cooling down period o 7 days, in which time a ull reund will be givenand the prize reloaded into the vault at a uture date.

When can I start playing and download the application?The application can be downloaded rom the 20th o October 2012, and the PLAYOUTLOUD Vault will ofciallylaunch and be loaded every 24 hours rom the 1st November 2012.

Will there be a tutorial on how to use the application and website?Yes, tutorials will be available on the website, PLAYOUTLOUD application and YouTube to ensure that all Playersare well versed on how PLAYOUTLOUD works. There will also be specifc tutorials on how to preload your detailsor the One Click purchase acility.

How much data will the application use?Data use will be kept to a minimum and will be in line with other social media platorms like Twitter or Facebook.All data charges will be or each individual Players own account.

I someone is in the vault beore me can I attempt to make a purchase?No, only once the Player has let the vault will you be allowed in. The 60 second countdown clock will show howmuch time is remaining or the Player inside the vault to secure the purchase. Once the clock reaches zero the nextquickest Player to login will be allowed to enter the Vault.

Is there any limitations to the amount o purchases I can make?I you have an unsuccessul purchase (i.e the clock ran out and the minimum requirements o the purchase werentmet) then you will be locked out the Vault or a period o 15minutes. Players will also be limited to only 3 purchaseso prizes under the value o R2500 per week. There will be no limitation or Purchases over the value o R2500other than the locked out period.

How long does my subscription last?One ull year - 1 November 2012 to the 31st October 2013. Existing Players will be oered a frst right o reusalor the ollowing years Vault.

Once the 500 Players have been signed up, will any more be allowed to partake?No, the PLAYOUTLOUD Vault is limited to a maximum o 500 Players.

Can more than one member o a amily be a Player?

Yes, as long as they are over the age o 21 years old and have their own credit card or payment acility.Each amily member who joins PLAYOUTLOUD would have to pay the R5000.00 membership ee to get theirunique purchasing number.

What will the range or value o the prizes be?Prizes will range rom a minimum value o R100 to a maximum value o R350 000. Purchase prices or the Playerswill range rom a minimum value o R5 to R45 000.

Am I limited to when I can use a weekend away prize?Weekends away are subject to availability. Certain travel prizes may exclude Easter weekend and Christmas,but this would be clearly stipulated on the Prize description.

Will PLAYOUTLOUD be audited?PLAYOUTLOUD, its Players and the prizes will all be audited by an external auditing frm. They will also audit the

application algorithm that ensures that prizes are selected at random to be uploaded into the vault as well and thatthe times selected are at random. This will ensure that one Player will not have an advantage over the other Players.

Can I cancel my membership during the year?You can cancel your ability to play within the Vault but the membership ee will not be reunded.

Can I transer my account into someone elses name?The purchase prizes will be given to the original signed up Player. Any arrangements thereater are at the solediscretion o the original Player and PLAYOUTLOUD cannot be held responsible or liable.

Can I promote my business, product or service via PLAYOUTLOUD?Contact the PLAYOUTLOUD team or the LIVEOUTLOUD head ofce should you wish to put orward a proposal.
