Cannot deliver data via HSDPA

Phenomenon Description 

User’s data cannot be delivered via HSDPA. RSCP/EcNo is good.

Action

With LST ADJNODE, we can see the status of IUB, both of E1 and IP. E1 ‘s condition is good while IP is

down. IP Path Check Flag was disable and the IPPATH’s status are available. This condition lead the dat

still be pushed to be delivered via IP even the IP link is faulty. That’s why, user’s handset able to camp i

HSDPA but cannot deliver data.

After re-enabling IPPath-check-flag by delete create IPPath, IP’s status can be read as “down” , and all

HSDPA data is delivered via E1.
