FROM THE CLINIC:
IMPORTANT : As there seems to be a considerable number of children and adults around with cold and flu like symptoms at the moment, it may be a good time to remind all parents not to send their children to school if they are unwell and particularly if they have a fever. Anyone who has been suffering with a fever should be fever free and symptom free, without medication, for 24 hours before returning to school. Although we realize that parents are anxious not to disrupt the education of their children, we would like to stop the circulation of these illnesses through the school community. If sick children continue to come to school, their classmates and teachers will soon become infected and there will be further impact on the teaching and learning taking place in our school. Please help us to protect all of the children, staff and faculty by keeping children who are not well at home or taking them to visit their own doctor. We hope you understand and support us in our mission to keep the school community as fit and healthy as possible so that they may benefit from every learning opportunity the school can offer.
