should be about a speci c moment from their own life that taught them a lesson. /hefocus should be on the epiphany, but the reader needs to understand what helpedthem get there, and the only way to do that is to tell a story. -ere are some ideas toget them started.

1. Write about a tough time you e#perienced at school, with friends, family oryourself.

2. Write about a tough time when you learned that something you alwaysthought to be true, really wasnAt so.

. Write about a tough time that taught you something about yourself thatchanged your life.
