Training and Development: our bank can provide on-the-job training programs for employees at the supervisory level, to maintain the bank’s competitiveness. Performance Appraisal: our banks use their performance appraisals for the administrative purpose such as for pay raise and promotion consideration. Which help emphasize teamwork and creativity, etc. other than interpersonal skills or managerial skills, or technical skills. Employee Involvement and Job Security: our bank seek employees involvement and provide job security. Employee relations: our bank create a healthy network among employees.
