Our objectives
are:
To initiate & institutionalize globally competitive HR practices in the bank in our pursuit to become a bank of international standard & first employer choice. To put relevant HRD strategies and use modern methodologies to undertake organizational renewal. To create performance-driven culture and exciting workplace for the employees. To create a learning organization for employees intellectual growth and creativity. To create a pool of entrepreneurial managers and business leader for future.
What are the practices of HRM in your
bank?
Our practices are:
Recruitment and Selection: our banks can recruit and select group of personnel with required skills student from graduate schools . This has led to the improvement of these banks’ operation. Training and Development: our bank can provide on-the-job training programs for employees at the supervisory level, to maintain the bank’s competitiveness. Performance Appraisal: our banks use their performance appraisals for the administrative purpose such as for pay raise and promotion consideration. Which help emphasize teamwork and creativity, etc. other than interpersonal skills or managerial skills, or technical skills. Employee Involvement and Job Security: our bank seek employees involvement and provide job security. Employee relations: our bank create a healthy network among employees.
