ACTIVITY BROCHURE
HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT)
This is a type of interval training,combining cardiovascular exercises with short periods of recovery. There is no specific set times or exercises for this workout but it would usually include variation of running, jumping (aerobic exercises) paired with a strength exercise (anaerobic exercises). This class can help to improve your Cardio Fitness and Muscular Endurance.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
This medium impact class uses and variety of strength based exercises set up as stations. Each participant of the class will rotate around doing a different exercise for a set time and a rest period in between to change stations. This class can help to improve muscular strength, co-ordination and fitness.

DANCE FITNESS
This is a moderate impact, full body workout class. It will use a variety of dance moves synced with music to create a fun and energetic workout. This class can help to improve co-ordination, cardio fitness and musclular endurance.

SLACKLINE
This low impact activity will test your balance, a variety of movements including walking, sitting and balancing on the slackline. This activity can help to improve balance, co-ordination and body control.

MUSIKEE BRIDGE TRAINING
This Medium impact class uses a mix of cardio and strength based activities. The workout space is the 450m footbridge that connects Hard Rock Hotel to the Marina @ CROSSROADS. This class can help to improve cardio fitness, muscular strength, co-ordination and balance.

SELF DEFENSE
Self Defense is complimentary to Jiu-Jitsu. In this class you will learn about maintaining a safe distance to avoid a bad situation, if it is unavoidable, you will learn how to defend yourself and take control of the situation in a non-violent way.

PILATES
This is a low impact strength and condititon class. In this class you will complete a range exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.Suitable for all fitness levels as modification can be provided.

ANIMAL MOVEMENT

CIRCUS TIME (JUGGLING)
This activity is designed for learning new skills. Juggling pins/ball and rings as well as diabolo will be available to learn. This can helpto improve hand eye co-ordination and fine motor skills.

YOGA
This is a low impact class that combines physical, mental and spiritual elements together. Throughout this class you will move through a variety of poses connected with breathing control to achieve overall health and relaxation. The class can help to improve, strength, flexibility, balance and body control.

BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ is an art for all types of people doesn’t matter if you are weak, strong, overweight, thin, short or tall. It’s for everybody, it is a Martial Art that teaches you how to defend yourself from an attacker, by controlling and resisting them, to force them to submit. This class can help you to improve co-ordination, discipline, focus, clear thinking, to stay calm under pressure and build strength.

AQUA GYM
