The Global Context

The war for talent is still raging and the bar for real talent keeps

rising. By 2020 there will be a shortfall of as many as 40 million

workers with tertiary education1.

Construction Engineers (especially in Germany, Canada, Brasil,

Colombia and Chile) and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers are
