HR Manager£50-60k Central LondonA property development business based in central London are currently looking to recruit a HR Manager to build and develop it’s people agenda & culture. Reporting into the main Board this role will be responsible for taking the business through an initial start-up phase and into a settled, mature structure.

The role Provide recommendations, expert advise and quality decision making across all functions, specifically working with the senior management team to ensure business operations are fully optimised.

Core HR services and processes would include: • Recruitment and induction• Performance management• Employment relations• Engagement

• Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of employee relations queries, policies and processes.

It is essential that you have a varied, commercial background and have previous experience of working in an independent role. Candidates need to be degree educated and CIPD qualified or equivalent. A high level of emotional intelligence is an absolute must.
