Records and Information Management

• Maintains and oversees the HRMS (PeopleSoft) database for HR to include but not limited to: security access, data integrity, training, serves as Liaison to other campus customers, etc.

• Serves as the PeopleSoft HRMS Security Administrator. Responds to requests for system access to include recruitment, ePAR, and functional user access. Maintains the Department Security Tree and security permission lists and workflow. Responsible for representing Human Resources during the State and BOR Security Audits.

• Partners with IT regarding implementations, coordination of system testing, assists with functional user error and system development of interfaces and maintenance.

• Other duties as assigned by Director Records and Information Management

• New Hires, Transfers, Differentials, FTE Changes, Change in Pay, Credential Pay, Terminations, Leased to Hired, Temp Pay Change, Title Changes, Severance

• Audits New Hire packets & Transfers packets (MC)• Manages Clearance Process (MC)• Cerner Provision Systems Administrator• Assists HRIM Director by: producing reports on an

as-needed basis, interacting with managers and employees needing assistance with Employee Self Services, Peoplefluent, PeopleSoft and iCon Tools systems. Detailed knowledge of all HR systems and processes.
