HR POLICIES OF SUCCESS TRYANGLES SVIMS COMMANDO FORCE

ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY:Employees are to report for work at 10.00 am sharp, fit for duty each day and commence work promptly at the scheduled work time. Employees who fail to demonstrate full attendance shall be subject to the company's disciplinary action.If any employee is late for 3 days, the salary of 1 day will be deducted.

CONFIDENTIALITY:It is crucial that employees exercise appropriate care with confidential information and adhere to all agency requirements governing confidentiality. An individual's privacy is a fundamental right that must be preserved. Breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Employees are not to disclose or share computer passwords and authorizations to persons not permitted the same level and nature of security. Employees must immediately report any apparent or suspected security breaches to their supervisor.

EMPLOYEE CONDUCT:- Employees are to treat each other with respect and dignity and must not engage in discriminatory conduct prohibited by the Human Rights Code. The prohibited grounds are race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religion, family status, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, age, political belief or conviction of a criminal offence unrelated to the individuals employment. - The conduct of employees in the workplace must meet acceptable social standards and must contribute to a positive work environment. Bullying or any other inappropriate conduct compromising the integrity of the company will not be tolerated.- All employees may expect and have the responsibility to contribute to a safe workplace. Violence in the workplace is unacceptable. Violence is any use of physical force on an individual that causes or could cause injury and includes an attempt or threatened use of force. - Employees must report any incident of violence to the HR Department immediately. Any employee who becomes aware of a threat must report that threat if there is reasonable cause to believe that the threat poses a risk of injury. Any incident or threat of violence in the workplace will be addressed immediately. - Employees must report a safety hazard or unsafe condition or act in accordance with the provisions of Success TryAngles SVIMS Commando Force's Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.- No use of foul language is allowed within the boundaries of the workplace.

DRESS AND APPEARANCE:Employees are to comply with dress code policies established by her or his respective agency. Employees shall dress in a professional manner that is appropriate to the work assignment and that is normally acceptable in professional business establishments. Employees shall wear clothing that is clean and in good repair and are to observe a high standard of personal hygiene. Dress code: Formals with tie for guys and scarf for girls.All employees are prohibited from wearing clothing or jewelry or displaying accessories while engaged to work that depict(s) to an obscenity, violence, or sex; advertises alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances; or conveys political or religious opinions and other unsuitable slogans. Denim jeans of any color, tee shirts and other casual wear are not acceptable attire on any weekday. Weekends are 'Casuals Days'.Employees shall conceal all tattoos. Perfume and/or cologne shall not be excessive or distracting.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOL:Employees are prohibited from using, possessing, purchasing, distributing, selling, or having in the body system alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances. The use and possession of controlled substances is to be in compliance with the physicians/practitioners directions. Abuse or misuse of prescription drugs which interfere with performance or orderly conduct of business is prohibited. This prohibition shall apply while employees are engaged in any work-related activity which includes performance of agency business during scheduled work periods, periods of overtime, and/or social occasions having a connection with the job or the agency. When reasonable suspicion exists that an employee has reported to work under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or is impaired due to abuse or misuse of controlled substances including prescription medication, the employee may be subject to disciplinary action.

ROMANTIC FRATERNIZATION:Romantic fraternization between any employee and a client, students from other colleges or other faculty whom the employee serves is prohibited, including, but not limited to: dating; romantic e-mails; adult subject jokes, cartoons; and participating in a romantic/intimate relationship.

SALARY PAYMENT:The stipend shall be paid on the 7th of January, 2015 via cheque including all the deducations due to late remarks in the attendance register. An amount of Rupees 200/- shall be deducted as Professional Tax.

EXPENSES:Any expense done, the bills are to be submitted to the Accounts Department as per requirement.
