Hr Policies for Officers, Executives and Employees The Human Resource Policies in organization are summarized as follows:- Policy No. 1:- Manpower Planning and Recruitment Hinoday recognizes that people are the key to retain competitive advantage and seeks to source the best talent to achieve business results. Manpower planning activity will be initiated at the time of the annual budgeting exercise.
