HE Create and Consult (HE C&C) is part of the HardingEvans Group whose core activity is the provision of legal services to a client base across England and Wales.

HE Create and Consult was formed with the specific aim to develop innovative service delivery solutions. The app will help user organisations:

Mae HE Create and Consult (HE C&C) yn rhan o Grŵp HardingEvans a’i brif rôl yw darparu gwasanaethau cyfreithiol i gleientiaid ledled Cymru a Lloegr.

Ffurfiwyd HE Create and Consult gyda’r nod penodol o ddatblygu datrysiadau arloesol ym maes darparu gwasanaethau. Yn ogystal â chynnig y datrysiadau hyn i Grŵp HE, mae HE C&C yn gweithio gyda thrydydd partïon eraill i ddarparu cynhyrchion a gwasanaethau ‘label gwyn’. Datblygwyd yr ap fel rhan o adolygiad strategol o’r modd y mae cwmnïau cyfreithiol yn gweithio, a sut mae cleientiaid yn prynu gwasanaethau cyngor ar gyfraith cyflogaeth ac adnoddau dynol. Un nodwedd allweddol yw gallu’r ap i ddarparu cymorth uniongyrchol mewn iaith syml a gwybodaeth mewn amrywiaeth o fformatau gan gynnwys sain, fideo a thestun. Ei ddiben yw helpu rheolwyr a’r rheini sy’n gyfrifol am ddelio â chyflogeion mewn amrywiaeth o faterion cyflogaeth.

Bydd HardingEvans Solicitors yn defnyddio’r ap gan iddo gydnabod y bydd yn cyflawni rhan o’i amcan strategol, sef rhoi cyngor cyfreithiol ar-lein a chyngor ychwanegol i’w gleientiaid cyflogaeth drwy dechnolegau newydd.

Bydd yr ap yn helpu’r sefydliadau sy’n ei ddefnyddio i wneud y canlynol:

• Atgyfnerthu eu/ein cydberthnasau â’u/ein cleientiaid • Ychwanegu gwerth at arlwy eu/ein gwasanaeth • Darparu cyngor cyfreithiol ymarferol ond arloesol • Darparu cyngor ar alw • Gwella profiad y cleient

Nodweddion allweddol:

• Arweiniad • Rhestrau gwirio • Cyfryngau hyfforddi • Y wybodaeth ddiweddaraf

Rydym wedi mwynhau gweithio’n agos gyda CEMAS, gan rannu ein meddyliau a’n syniadau. Mae CEMAS wedi ein cefnogi ers dechrau’r broses, o wneud cais am gyllid i greu’r ap. Er bod y prosiect wedi gorffen, nid felly’r gefnogaeth. Mae Clayton a Stevan wedi rhoi’r cymorth yr oedd ei angen arnom a gwnaethant gyfrannu’n sylweddol at lwyddiant y prosiect.

Credwn fod y prosiect hwn yn dangos sut y gall cydweithio rhwng y sectorau academaidd a masnachol fod o fudd i BBaChau fel ein cwmni ni. Heb gymorth CEMAS a’r arian cysylltiedig, ni fyddem wedi gallu darparu’r dechnoleg hon.

Mae ymgysylltu â CEMAS wedi ein galluogi i ddefnyddio ei wybodaeth a’i brofiad er budd ein busnes, ac mae wedi arwain at gynnig cynnyrch dynamig. Rydym yn ddiolchgar i bawb a gymerodd ran.

Un o nodweddion allweddol yr ap yw’r cynnwys rhyngweithiol sy’n profi dealltwriaeth y defnyddiwr o fater cyflogaeth gyda chwis syml ar ddiwedd pob fideo hyfforddi. Mae hyn yn galluogi cyflogwyr i fesur p’un a yw anghenion hyfforddi cyflogeion yn cael eu diwallu.
