In the end we will summarise the report with the key points derived during the analysis. As per the case study analysis performed on the “Constructive relation at top trucking company” we have assessed that the new management adapted The Harvard Framework Model to revamp the organisation by introducing several workplace changes within the organisation. To Begin with replacing the manager, computer systems, uniforms, communication channel and training for the all workers, focusing mainly the drivers. The two key resources behind the success of the trucking company i.e. the new manager and the union delegate George’s contribution as well as the risk associated with their movement was also critically analysed.
