You will have extensive experience in an HR manager/ generalist role as well as evidence of CIPD and continued professional development. Advanced MS Office skills will be essential for success in this role as well as the ability to produce reports. You will be approachable and professional and have experience of TUPE regulations and new service mobilisations or equivalent. Totally plc are recruiting a HR Business Partner to work on a full time basis for a duration of 12 month fixed term contract. We are looking for the successful candidate to join the business as soon as possible. You will have responsibility for ensuring a HR business & customer focused service is delivered. You will provide HR leadership and management of HR to managers and employees in a productive coaching style.You will be responsible for delivering an HR advisory and support service that aligns to best practice and commercially focused HR solutions. You will provide HR leadership and advice for mobilisations and demobilisation of contracts, including TUPE and change management programmes. Are you someone who is passionate about overseeing and supporting a regional HR function with a dynamic, customer focused approach and are excited about leading an excellent team? You will have a proactive and positive approach and thrive in a challenging environment.
