INTRODUCTION

Collective Changes is a 501 c3 organization that is

dedicated to increasing women’s economic empowerment

through just in time business skills training, building

networks, improving likelihood of accessing capital and

growing their leadership skills through virtual mentoring

programs.

Partnering with the World Bank/IFC SME Toolkit, Chronus

Mentoring Software, GLEAN ™ Leadership Skills, LinkedIn,

Google, Concero Connect and others help compile our 18+

partners. All bring considerable weight and opportunities

for women to access the world’s best products to grow their

businesses and jobs.

“Although progress is being made in some areas, there is a

major need for a targeted focus on increasing the role and

depth of women in leadership positions throughout the

economy. When you consider that women make up more

than half of the country’s population, there is a huge scope

for women to play a much more significant part in

leadership and decision-making,…this will require a

coordinated effort and a deliberate shift in attitude and

mindset to take place.”

~ Kunyalala Maphisa, President BWA

INCREASING WOMEN’S

LEADERSHIIP ROLES

Page 4: HR and CSR Presentation Final 2015 update

There are currently over 140 million women from 70 global economies who are

projected to start businesses in 2014 – out of desire as an entrepreneur or out of

necessity to survive.

SURVIVAL

Collective Changes is helping these entrepreneurs scale as a means

to move their families into economic and social stability.

Page 5: HR and CSR Presentation Final 2015 update

Collective Changes’ primary target audience

are women in emerging markets who own

small to medium sized enterprises (5-250

employees) and have the ambition and desire

to become successful entrepreneurs.

FORGOTTEN MIDDLE

The “forgotten middle” are those

women with resources but without the

skills, education, networks, technology

and guidance to make significant

changes in their businesses.
