Partnerships with:
Area hospitals
Physicians’ offices
Rehabilitation facilities
Senior service agencies
Preventive care and care after hospitalization
PPACA gave incentive for above agencies to partner with us
HEALTHY LIVING
10 ©2030 VOLUSIA FLAGLER FAMILY YMCA
Seniors in Florida are hospitalized less than in the history of our state
“I’m stronger at 72 than I’ve ever been,” says one member. “I expected to know my way around the hospital by now. The last time I went was 10 years ago, to see the birth of my granddaughter.”
We’ve seen no increase in healthcare consumption or cost
The result
We serve 85,000 seniors, through preventive and after-hospitalization care at more than 35 sites
