How to Select and Size Your HP Care Pack Services for Technical Training 1. Select the Care Pack specific to your product training needs.

2. Determine the courses needed to satisfy your training goals. Visit the HP Education Services website at www.hp.com/education. Select the link to your curriculum. Select the courses that address your training goals.

3. Note the duration (number of days) for each course. 4. Identify the number of students that will attend each course.

If there are 8 or more students for a given course, a dedicated delivery may be more cost-effective. Contact your HP Education Consultant for a custom quote.

5. Compute the number of training units. 1 unit = 1 day of training (for one student) in scheduled open enrollment classes for the named product area To calculate the total number of units needed, multiply the number of training days per course by the number of students per course and total. If you need to include courses from two or more product areas in your order, please contact your HP Education Consultant for assistance.

6. Tell your HP Sales Representative which Care Pack and how many units to quote. Use the total number of days as the number of units. Example:

1. Course: Migrating to HP Networking A-Series Products (HK640S) 2. Course duration: 4 days, 3. Number of students: 2 students 4. Compute the order quantity (units): 2 (students) x 4 (days duration) = 8 units 5. Quote details: Quantity, 8. Product Number, HH245

Note: Each Technical Training Care Pack unit may be redeemed for one day of the specified product training. If you choose to use the HP Care Pack Services for Technical Training for courses outside the specific curriculum, the Care Pack converts to a dollar-based rather than day- based fund and the dollar value of courses will be deducted from the Care Pack.

HP Care Pack Services for Technical Training Terms and Conditions: HP Care Pack Services for Technical Training can be redeemed for any course offered by HP Education Services.
