Instruction: Using proxyStep 1: search for a free US proxy

Step 2: choose an IP address from the listIP

Step 3: open Internet Explorer; go to menu Tools->Internet Options->tab Connection->hit “LAN settings” button

Step 4: connect

Uncheck “Automatically detect settings”

Check “Use a proxy server for your LAN”

Copy and paste IP address and Port number from the free proxy website into “Address” and “Port” box

Hit OK and OK

Instruction: Using VPN program (Hotspot Shield) Step 1: go to

hotspotshield.com to download and install Hotspot Shield

Step 2: run it by double-click its shortcut on desktop
