Practices Practice starts everyday at 2:45! We take attendance every day. We will practice regardless of
temperature. Unless told by a coach. Athletes need to be dressed appropriately.
We will practice Saturday practices, unless we have a meet that day.
If you have to miss or come late to practice for an excused reason (sick, doc. appt., help from a teacher, Ect.) You need to let a coach know ahead of time and bring a note!! Change first then see a teacher.
Attendance Consequences
The following applies to UNEXCUSED absences and latenesses.
1st Offense – Warning 2ND Offense –Email / Phone call home 3rd Offense – Will not participate in the
next meet (No matter how important the meet)
4th Offense – Removal from the team.
Injuries See Athletic Trainer Ms. Palermo

Can I take my Child home early from a meet?
We encourage everyone to stay the entire meet to cheer on and encourage teammates.
If you are going to take your child home you (or your child) must bring in a note to the office at least 24hrs prior to the meet. The note must be signed by the parent/guardian. The note will then be signed by our AAM (Mr. Duffy). Note then will be given to the coach.
You must check out with a coach before leaving.
You may only take your child home.
Parent Volunteers
Monday Jan. 6th We need to bring 7-10 parents to help out
with the meet. Duties would include resetting the high
jump bar when it falls, raking the pits after long jump, rolling shot-puts back after they are thrown, organizing runners in the finish chute after they finish.
Great way to see your kids up close! You will get in for free (normally $5)
