It is possible, at some point you will need to restore the email folders. This may
happen due to accidental hard disk crash or you mistakenly deleted the emails in
bulk from the Inbox. Now, you will need to access the email backup file that you especially created for the problematic
occasion. For security reasons, you need to create email backup, as it helps you to
restore the important email and attachments without any issues. But, even
if you have stored email copy on your system hard drive, still you can just restore
the folders from backup copy.

Step 2: Locate the default backup file manually, if
you have created only one backup file. Usually, the email info files are located in the apps folder on the hard drive. Inspect
the program help file or the site to find the backup file. Important, all the email
domains do not allow the user to create email backup automatically

Step 3: Next, you have to open the email client
and locate the import function. It appears under the File menu. If you are unable to locate the import option then
you can manually restore the files.

previous step to import the backup email files. If you are restoring the files manually from a disk, simply copy and paste the backup file in the desired folder. For security reasons, you
