12 months to CertificationAs a YHC student we guide you through 12 months of coaching to learn how to coach the habits of Yoga Health Coaching and how to make a great living as a Yoga Health Coach. You’ll customize your coaching to fit your existing expertise and specific passions and skills.

Experiential LearningTheory is awesome. But practice separates those who succeed from those who just add another Certification certificate to their wall. What We Cover

Quarter 1: Your Body Thrive + the YHC Career Strategy

We start with 3 main tasks:

1. You experience Yoga Health Coaching as a student, not a coach. You’ll go through the 10 week program, called Body Thrive. You can’t offer what you haven’t learned inside-out. Body Thrive will accelerate your personal body-mind-spirit thrive, and give you a first-hand experience of what you’ll be offering.

2. You will work through an in-depth discovery process through niching your career who you want to work with as a Yoga Health Coach.

3. You’ll learn the YHC Career Strategy and Business Model. When you see how it works behind the scenes you’ll get a clear vision of how it will work for you.

Quarter 2 : Action Steps for Your Powerful Pilot Program

Now that you know how Yoga Health Coaching works from being a student, you are taken behind the scenes to work on your coaching skills.

Simultaneously, you design and personalize your Pilot Program and enroll your students. We guide you through a powerful effective step-by-step process. Many YHC members begin to recoup on their YHC Certification investment in Quarter 2 through enrolling their own students at a premium into their YHC Pilot Program.

Quarter 3: Coaching Your Pilot Program

Show time! Now you coach both 1-1 clients and your Pilot Program. You’ll dive deeper into 4 sets of skills:

1. Yoga Health Coaching Skills on the Ayurvedic Daily Routines

2. Habit Evolution Skills


3. Group Evolution Skills

4. Your Income Strategy Skills

Quarter 3 is exciting. You are supported with access to Cate six times a month for the support you need to deliver an excellent, positively life-changing offering to your clients and students.

Quarter 4: Systems for Your Career Success

In the 4th Quarter step up your website, your social media content, and refine your systems for leverage. You’ll also build and sell your continuity program, or buff out a signature system to personalize your Yoga Health Coaching career. It’s time to refine and scale your knowledge. 4th quarter is also about lifestyle design.

You can end up in a lucrative career where you are working too hard. In YHC training you’ll get the tools and conversation you need to skillfully refine your business to optimize your career/lifestyle needs to make your work work for you.

4th Quarter is also the time to complete the demanding YHC Certification requirements. This program is not for wusses. You’ll need to cross your t’s and dot your i’s to make sure you’re ready for the written exam. Once you’ve passed on your requirements and written exam you will have an oral exam with Cate. And when you’ve passed that: congratulations, you earned your Yoga Health Coaching Certification.
