We have initiated changes to provide safe access to routine testing as well as providing special hours for high-risk patients. HAND HYGIENE AND MASKING All of our staff will be wearing masks. Upon arrival, you will be given a mask, and will be offered to sanitize your hands to maintain safe infection control guidelines. BLOOD DRAW LOCATIONS Main Hospital Laboratory 148 Chestnut Street (ground floor) • 6:00–8:00am reserved scheduled time for patients 60+ or high risk. • Call 781-453-3704 or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment. 310 Chestnut Street • This off-site location provides lab services M–F by scheduled appointments. • Call 617-754-0634 to schedule. • Once you arrive to this location, please wait in your car and call 617-754-0634 to let the Phlebotomist know you have arrived. Outpatient Clinical Center 148 Chestnut Street • For patients that already have scheduled clinic appointments in the Outpatient Clinical Center, a phlebotomy draw station is located on the ground floor of this center. SOCIAL DISTANCING Our waiting rooms have added space between chairs and have limited the number of people waiting. Floor markers have been placed to ensure safe social distancing. ALTERNATIVE HOURS AND LOCATIONS FOR VULNERABLE PATIENTS Our laboratory is extending hours of operation and adding locations for a safer and convenient patient experience. SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS Appointments are strongly recommended to limit wait times at the main hospital, and are required for 310 Chestnut Street. ROOM CLEANING All rooms and surfaces that you encounter will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between patients.
