Except in the case of Mr Rajshekar Reddy , The high command OF Congress Government is keep on changing the chief MINISTERS, It is evident that everyone would like to become CM, Where as in TD party is known for its discipline the ultimate leader is one only… Guess. The Main opposition being Telugu Desham only in Andhra Pradesh Of course YSR Party has to establish their stake in next elections and they will be damaging the prospects of Congress and Telugudesham considerably.

People of Andhra Pradesh are fed up with constant increase of petrol/diesel and LPG prices

Solution : The political party has to please Women Voters on LPG prices .

The State government taxes has to be reduced on Petrol and Diesel it should be lower when compared to our neighboring states of South India.

Constant Increase of Petrol/Diesel and LPG

Welfare Programme/DevelopmentWe need both welfare programmes and as

well as development, The leader who ever may be should not

neglect these and should make the balance between welfare programmes and development.

Concern: It will be a very difficult task but one has to do it to sustain the political party in power for longer period.

Importance to Farming CommunityAny Political Party Has to Give Importance to

the Farmer Community like….(We are dependent on Agriculture and more

than 75 % live in Rural Areas and We have to Strengthen the Rural Areas and Should not neglect them)

Supply of Free electricity/Kisan cardsFree supply of current for 9 hours

uninterrupted for those who are having less than 5 acres and the rest should be given for nominal price

Farmer wise and Village wise database has to be created for each mandal and they should be given kisan credit card and pass books to avail loan of rs 10,000 per year and should be repaid with nominal interest(popularly Known as Pavala Vaddi Schemes) and they should be saved from the clutches of the Private Financiers

Availability of fertilizers/How to use judiciously

Farmers should not be put into trouble for getting crop related fertilizers and pesticides. ( The Government should asses the requirements and should procure the same to the required quantity

Each farmer land has to be surveyed thoroughly with the help of ICRISAT for generating soil health cards as they have done for Karnataka State Such that they can use these fertilizers in required quantity only.

Road Connectivity and Other Agro based activities

Equal Importance should be given to horticulture, floriculture, Diary farming , poultry, and other related activities

During Chanda Babu Garu time the Complete Road connectivity to villages has been taken up and executed well and we have to identify other villages where still road net work has not been done and it should be taken on war foot.

Farmer’s Welfare ProgrammesWe have to look in to welfare programmes

like a) Supply of clean water b) subsidies should be given for the construction of the Latrines c) Primary health centres if it is not possible one has to identify RMP doctor or Community health volunteers and they should be given proper training under the guidance of the Mandal Head quarter Doctors

National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme

As the Government is doing the National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme and it should be continued effectively and should cover all villages and the middle man interference should not be there and the amount should be directly credited to their respective bank accounts.

Storage UnitsEach Mandal Should have minimum required

cold storage units and that should be maintained properly and should be available irrespective to small, marginal and big farmers

Free Cell Phones to farmersEach farmer should be given free cell phones

and they should be educated through the Voice linked messages with respect to what crops should be grown in their fields and what measure has to taken. They should be provided toll free number locating in each mandal and a Trained Agriculture Expert should be provided in Each Mandal and they should work from 6 am to 10 pm. Farmers queries should be honoured with great sense of responsibility.

Farmer Community Children EducationFarmer Community children education is a

very important priority and they should be provided Primary Schools/Anganwadi Schools/Single Teacher schools and it is every one responsibility that no child has not deprived of these minimum facilities. They should be provided mid day a meal with nutrition value one has to contact the National Institute of Nutrition for the required nutrition value for the children.

Janmabhoomi Programme by philanthropoligists

Identifying Persons settled in US and Other developed countries in each and every village and should get their email addresses and should seek their financial help in developing their mother village where they have born. The elected representative who has the clean record only can do this otherwise we can ask them to take up these activities like building of schools, hospital and market yards and clean water (Mineral water) projects so on so forth. One should understand that Government cannot alone take up all these We need the support of Villagers to do all these but it is possible provided the Chief of the State political party if they have strong desire to do all these… hopefully we have to identify the philanthropoligists to do wonders and should change the present villages in to well developed villages hopefully ….

Cottage Industries and Health NeedsSmall and Cottage industries should be

established in each village based on the availability of the local resources and it should be marketed to near by mandal headquarter

108 service is doing wonders for poor and needy and the white card holders are being benefitted by Rajeev arogyasree padhakam for health related problems any Government coming to power has to keep these programmes may be they can give name of their own interest but it should be continued to support the Lower middle class people in particular.
