How to view the Open Enrollment Meetings via Webinar Go to our website at www.pebp.state.nv.us and hover over Meetings and Events, then click on Calendar of Events. On the day of the meeting, click on the Open Enrollment Meeting you would like to join. Please note: Check the schedule of meetings to make sure you are attending a meeting with the correct geographical area information being given. For example, if you are in Southern Nevada, you will want to join a meeting that is being presented in the Las Vegas area. www.pebp.state.nv.us

How to view the Open Enrollment Meetings via Webinar
Go to our website at www.pebp.state.nv.us and hover over Meetings and Events, then click on Calendar of Events.
On the day of the meeting, click on the Open Enrollment Meeting you would like to join.
Please note: Check the schedule of meetings to make sure you are attending a meeting with the correct
geographical area information being given. For example, if you are in Southern Nevada, you will want to join
a meeting that is being presented in the Las Vegas area.

After you choose a meeting, you can either watch the live webinar or simply view the
PowerPoint presentation on your own.
Once you click to join the webinar, if you are using Google Chrome, you may need to download the Adobe
Connect Application. If you do not wish to download the application, you will need to switch internet browsers
to Internet Explorer.
Once you click the link to join the webinar, you will need to enter your first name and click Enter Room.
You will then be entered into the room where the presentation will take place.
Please note: The audio for the presentation will be turned on when the meeting begins.
