How to View a Statement of Account A Statement of Account includes the following information: • Account Summary – A summary of account activity and total account investment return for the statement period. • Investment Summary – A summary of account activity by investment option. • Source Summary – A summary of account activity by contribution source (e.g., Deferred Salary, Company Match, AOC Share Plan). • Loan Summary – A summary of loan activity for the statement period (if applicable). Below are the steps to follow to create a Statement of Account on www.retiresmart.com. Once you have logged on to www.retiresmart.com, you will be on your home page. Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen, and select Statement of Account in the dropdown menu.

How to View a Statement of AccountA Statement of Account includes the following information:

Below are the steps to follow to create a Statement of Account on www.retiresmart.com.
Once you have logged on to www.retiresmart.com, you will be on your home page.
Click the My Account tab at the top of the screen, and select Statement of Account in the dropdown menu.
Easy Steps to Create a Statement of AccountOn the Statement of Account page, you will be able to run a personalized Statement for your own account for up to a one year period that falls within a two year period of the run date.
Enter your own beginning and end dates. Once you have designated a time period, click on the Next Button and the screen below will come up.
You will notice that there is a link for contributions; clicking on this link will bring up contribution type detail. You may see up to three different types of contributions to your account:
• Deferred Salary – your contributions• Company Match – which is a percentage that AOC contributes based on the amount of your contribution 50% on the
first 4%• AOC Share Plan – Age based contribution from the AOC.
