The Main Menu

You are at the main menu. The icons have been arranged intuitively, to help you get started building your business. If at any time you have a question on how to use your GOeXfuze APP, simply click on the “i” button for a brief “HOW TO” explanation

View/Edit Member Details and History

Once you click SHARE, you will be brought to the MEMBER SCREEN. Here you can

To Edit a Prospect, click the person ICON to the left of the name

Add Notes to a Prospect

Add a Prospect by hitting ‘Send Message’

Click on an existing Prospect to see history and/or send another message


View/Edit Member Details and History

To Edit the Prospect Information or add NOTES critical to following up with your Prospect, click EDIT

To see the History of your Prospect, simply scroll down


Sending A Message to a Prospect

To Send a Message to an existing Prospect, Click SEND MESSAGE

You can send to an existing Prospect by clicking the indicated button

Or you can add someone directly from your Cell Phone Address book by clicking the indicated button

You can also ADD someone on the FLY by hitting Send Message

This Person will automatically be put into your Prospect List


Picking Your Message or Offer There are a variety of messages you can send to a

Prospect

Some have videos attached to the email and/or text message

Others have drop ship samples you can offer to send them for FREE

Others have events/tastings you can set up with them

If You’re not sure “WHICH” Message to lead with, ask your Upline, or go to the “Getting Started” Video located in your back office.

The key is to send the message totally suited for your particular prospect, so as to ensure he/she opens and engages

Setting The Type of Message to send

The GOeXfuze APP can send your message via email, text or both

It will default to whatever you currently have in your prospect contact information

If you pick text, and you do not have a phone message, an error will prompt you to choose the method for which you have the appropriate info

Remember, if you have a phone number AFTER you already have a Prospect in your list, you can always go back HOME and hit the Prospect EDIT button to add the phone number.


Setting a Date for you to Follow Up

The GOeXfuze APP was designed as a powerful CRM tool. As such, it has a reminder system built into the SHARE area, so you can set a reminder for yourself.

This reminder will have your Prospect's name in the title, and 4 options for you to follow up.

This screen appears as soon as you choose the type of message to send, and the way you want to send it.


What the Text Will Look Like Prior to sending the text, you will get a message confirming that your

SMS message may or may not have a cost associated with it

Hit OK

Then you will see the actual text message as it will appear, complete with a hyperlink to the offer or video, in the body of the message

It is IMPERATIVE that you do NOT edit this message prior to sending

Each message has been carefully thought out so as to ensure the highest open rate

Each message has the exact number of Characters to make sure the text shows up in ONE text (not broken down into multiple ones) with the hyperlink intact

Editing any part of the message may interfere with the hyperlink being able to work properly

Alerts Once your prospect clicks on the hyperlink to VIEW the Sample (or Video), you

will get an Alert.

Alerts will come in 2 forms: TEXT AND EMAIL

You will also have a record of all Your Alerts, located in your ALERT ICON

Prospect Requesting a FREE DROP SHIP SAMPLE

When your prospect actually clicks on the offer to get a FREE sample, you have hit PAY DIRT

Nothing is more exciting for you to see in your email and text alerts

Your Prospect only needs to fill out WHERE to have the sample sent

You will then get an email and text alert notifying you

Paying for your Sample to be Drop Shipped to your Prospect

Within the email and text alert, is a hyperlink for you to put in your credit card information

Once you submit your payment information, you will get a confirmation number

You will also get an Order number Receipt for your Drop Ship. If you do not get this, there may be a problem with your order and you should call Distributor Support Services.

You should then go into the Prospect’s history to make sure the transaction has been noted

Sharing & Viewing Videos Besides going directly into the SHARE ICON, the GOeXfuze

APP allows you to Share Videos with your prospects

Within the VIDEO icon, you have many videos on the business, eXfuze Founders, eXfuze Products and other videos to help you tell the story

To SHARE a video, simply hit the SHARE button, and once again, you can choose from existing Prospects, directly from your Phone Address Book, or add a Prospect on the Fly.

Of course you can also VIEW videos right from your phone. This is perfect if you are with your Prospect.

Sharing & Viewing Presentations

Besides going directly into the SHARE ICON, the GOeXfuze APP allows you to Share Business and Training Videos with your prospects

Within the Presentations icon, you have many presentations from which you can VIEW and Share

Follow Up Alerts As stated before, one of the greatest things about the

GOeXfuze APP, is that you have a virtual assistant (if you will) to remind you of prospects with which you need to follow up

From the “reminders” you set, you will get text alerts daily, so that you can follow up in a timely manner

You will also get email reminders as well, just in case you don’t see the text come in

And, as always, you can go to your ALERTS list and see all the activities you need on which to focus
