open your presentation

go to the file tab
go save & send
click create a video

click here and chose record timings and narration

this will pop up
once you click“start recording”
your slide show will start you can control your slide show like normal. PowerPoint
will record your narrations

Once your reach you the end of your slide show the program will freeze as it creates your video.
You will be brought back to this screen

go back to the file tabselect save & send
select create a video1

DocSharingor to YouTube

tip: I find it better to upload to YouTube, because you can embed
it to LearningStudio instead of having students download it on to
their computers

tip: Remember, the longer the video the larger the file will be. I
recommend keeping your lectures under10 minutes in
length. 5 minute lectures are ideal
