What is Blackberry Messenger? Blackberry Messenger is a

messenger service that connects Blackberry users

This is very similar to AIM or MSN and is faster than regular text messaging

This is available through any phone service, but is exclusive to Blackberry

AT&T, Verizon, Cingular

How to add your Contacts

You add your contacts by knowing your friends PIN number or email

Go to “Add Contacts”, ‘Use Once’, then request by the email or PIN number.

After you enter the contacts info, you will be able to send a personal message

Once you send your request your friend will have to accept the request

How to Message your Friends Simply click on your friends name

and click “start conversation” and your conversation will be started

To end the conversation with your friend simply click ‘end conversation’ and then conversation will be ended

You are able to leave the conversation without ending it by going to the contacts menu

Additional Information

Through Blackberry Messenger you are able to talk to multiple friends at the same time

You can also send voice notes within Blackberry Messenger

Sort your conversation lists by the most recent

Send your current location to your BlackBerry Messenger contacts

Share websites by sending the URLs to your contacts from your smartphone browser
