You can create an account by Signing Up

Enter your Company Name


Enter your Email Address

After entering your details,click Get Started


Wait to load your account

Now, let's go back to Benchmark Email


Type this again on your browser

And you will see again benchmarkemail homepage


Click Login


Enter Username or your Email address


Enter Password


After entering your details, click Login


And you'll see again your Benchmark Email home


Click Email


Let's create a Regular Email Campaign


Click the Regular Email Campaign


Choose Editor Type


Or how you will create your Regular Email Campaign


You can chooseClassic Editor


You can chooseyour own code


Or you can choosePlain Text Email


In this tutorial, I will choose theDrag & Drop Editor


Click Select


Enter your preferred Subject


Then Enter Email Name


The Email name is auto generated by Benchmark Email, so I will leave it as is


Type your From name or Company name


This From name is what you type when youcreated an account to Benchmark Email


So I will leave it as is


Then, scroll downuntil you see the Save & Next

button


Enable Permission Reminder


So that the one who will receive the emailwill be reminded that..


Because of their relationship with your blog that's why they're receiving this email


Enable Webpage Version


To include a link that will view in Webpage Version


And if you want to enable Send to Twitter


Your followers will know when your email has been sent


And if you want to enable Integrate with Facebook


You will automatically post a status once your email has been set


And if you have Google Analytics


You can enable to track your visitors when they come to your site via a link in your email.


And when you're done,click Save & Next


Select your preferred Contact List


Or you can Create New List


Click Create New List


Enter your preferred List Name


Then click Create


Enter the list of email address you have


Then you'll see the below new created list


You can see below the date it was created


The no. of contacts it contains


And if you want to preview the recordsyou have in the list, you can click below


And if you want to add another email record, you can click the + below


Then click SAVE & EXIT


This are the Content Blocks you canuse for your email campaign


Drag&drop Content Blocks you wantfor your email campaign


Then, Click Style, to choose a theme you want


Choose a theme you want for yourRegular Email Campaign


I'll choose the Default


Then, let's explore & try to Edit the content


If you will hover your mouse to the box, you will see this


When you click this, you can drag and reposition the block


And when you click this one, you can edit the block


Since I'm okay with it, I will leave it as is


Then let's move to the next block


Let's add some photos


Click the pencil like button to edit


You can Drag & drop an image or browse a file


I will browse a file


You can upload a file by clicking this


Or if you want to use your previous uploaded file, just select that


In this tutorial, I will just use the previousuploaded file

And you can Resend Email Campaign


Or Copy Email Campaign

And you can create by clicking Create Singup Form

Type your preferred Signup Form Name


Then choose your preferred Contact List


Or you can Create New List


In this tutorial I will use WordpressSubscription List


Then click Save&Next


Choose a template


What template you choose, will be the preview below


I'll choose this template


Click the template


Choose the skin you want for your template

I'll choose Fresh skin for my template


Then click Load Template for my template


Then you'll see the Preview of your chosen template


Then you can Add New Field if you want

Choose the Thank You Page where your user will redirect after they click the Confirm link


You can choose for the Standard Thank You page provided by Benchmark Email


Or you can custom, and just paste the provided link below

Confirmed Opt-in Page


You can choose the Standard Email confirmed page provided by Benchmark Email


Or you can paste the url of your custom Email confirmed page below


Again, I'll just choose Standard Email confirmed page provided by Benchmark Email


Then the Opt-in Alerts


The Opt-in Alerts will provide you with email alerts about the number of signups you receive.


The periodic email alerts you receive will depend on the notification frequency you

specify in the dropdown box.


I'll choose Daily


I chose Daily.. and it says below that I should receive my next alert dated tomorrow


Okay, when you're done, click Save & Next


Option 1: If you want to paste the whole Signup From on your webpage


Option 2: If you want to paste in compact signup boxes in on your webpage


Option 3: If you choose this, when user click the link, the button pops open to reveal your signup

form
