This is to prevent identity theft, financial fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing (The concept is called K.Y.C).

In order to verify your account we require the following

For Credit or Debit Card Deposits

Colored copy of a valid passportPlease send us a clear copy of your passport, ensuring all the information is clearly seen.

Colored copy of the credit card (front & back)Showing the last 4 digits, expiration date, and full name on the front and back of the card, also ensuring that your signature is visible on the back of the card in the designated space provided.

Colored copy of a utility billSuch as an electricity or water bill, no more than 3 months old with your name and full home address. Please note we do not accept phone bills.

VERIFICATION

For a Deposit made through a Wire Transfer

The verification process is a one time process that will allow you to withdraw future funds safely and easily.

A confirmation of the deposit made by wire transferPlease ensure we can clearly see our company details for the actual transaction and the amount deposited.
