13. 1. Intelligence is like the Horsepower of a Car. It is possible that the Intelligence Potential of Mind is determined partly by Genes. Even so, there is evidence that the use of the mind can change the enzyme characteristics of the Brain just as the use of muscles can change their characteristics2.
