How to Setup VPN/ Sky Go on Windows/ Mac

PS: The installation instructions are different for Iphone/ Ipad/ Android, please ask for details

Installing the VPN

Step 1:

Go to www.ukvpn1.co.uk

Step 2:

Login with your username and password

Step 3:

Click on connect and it will prompt a download for the Openvpn Connect, download

and install this software.

Step 4:

After the Openvpn connect has finished installing restart your browser/ computer.

Connecting to VPN / Sky Go

Step 1:

Go to www.ukvpn1.co.uk and login with your username and password. This will

connect you to the VPN.

Step 2:

Now go to http://go.sky.com and login with the username and password, this will be

the same username and password as the VPN.

Minimum Requirements

Download: 2M ( In player fullscreen mode set quality to low to cater for poor internet

connection )

Software: Microsoft Silverlight Plugin ( This will popup automatically when using

sky go )

Buffering

If you experience a lot of buffering it’s possible that you don’t have enough download

speed, please do a streaming speedtest on www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/diagnostics , our

minimum requirement for streaming is 2000kbps or above.

Another cause of buffering might also be your browser, try using a different browser

and ensure it is the most up to date version.

Sky Go only allows use on 2 devices
