1. Open your Outlook 2010

2. Follow screen shot as below.

3. Choose the option as image and then click Next.

4. Select Internet E-mail and click Next.

5. Insert your email account details as below, in case you are not sure, please refer steps 5.1. Click on More settings after you filled in all the required

details.

6. In Outgoing server tab, choose the option SMTP requires authentication.

7. In Advanced tab, insert POP3 port (110) and smtp port (26). Click Ok

8. You will redirect back to add account page. 8.1. Click on Next. 8.2. A Test Accounts Settings messages will be prompt out with showing the account setup is completed. 8.3. Your account is almost ready. Click Close

9. Click Finish, your POP3 outlook account is ready now.
