Step 1.

Log in to the RACGP website at www.racgp.org.au

If you’re unsure of your username or password, click Forgotten/Reset password.

Click myCPD dashboard.

On the myCPD page, click Log at the top of the page.

Click the relevant link to access the guide and associated form.

Step 6.

Fill out the form. You must:

• identify a mandatory minimum of one Domain of general practice; eg Applied professional knowledge and skills

• identify a mandatory minimum of one Curriculum contextual unit; eg Adult health

• nominate a Specific requirement eligibility category if you wish to apply for recognition from another college or group; upload required documentation or leave section blank

• complete the mandatory Evaluation, re lection and activity improvement sections.

Step 7.

Read and agree to the declaration.

Upload the mandatory supporting completed template.

Click Save draft at the top of the page.
