How to Save a PowerPoint to a PDF

FOR WINDOWS

Create notes page by going to the “View” tab, and select “Notes Page” under “Presentation Views”

This will create a space to type notes for your slide deck!

To print this view, go to file, print to PDF

Select “Notes Page” under Print Layout

Save in desired location!

SAVING TO A MAC

To see the notes page, go to “View” then to “Notes

Page.”

Then, to print the pages, to to “File” and “Print”

Under Print, go to “Print What” and select “Notes”

Then, go to PDF in the bottom, and select “Save as a PDF”

Finally, save the presentation in the desired location!
