HOW TO SETUP AND USE
Kindy Manager Kiosk
This guide provides users step by step instructions
for downloading and installing the new Kindy
Manager Kiosk on Ipads and Android Tablets.
In this document we have also included important
setup information, pricing and registration details
required to activate your Kindy Manager Kiosk.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD To assist users we have included step by step download and installation instructions
for both Tablet and Ipad devices.
Samsung Tablet (and other Android Tablets)
Step 1: Locate and Open your Tablets Play Store.
Step 2: Search “KM Kiosk” to locate the Kindy Manager Kiosk application.

Step 3: Your screen should look something like this. Locate and Click on the
“KM Kiosk” in the list provided. This is your new Kindy Manager Kiosk.
Step 4: Once you have clicked the “KM Kiosk” application from the list the
Install option will open. Click on the Install Button to begin the installation
of your new Kindy Manager Kiosk.

Step 5: Once you have click the install button an access prompt will appear,
click accept. This will grant Kindy Manager Kiosk access to save its program
files on your tablet and enable it to access your Wi-Fi connection.
Note: Installation should take only 20 seconds to 1 minute depending
on your internet connection and signal strength.
Step 6: Your download and installation of “KM Kiosk” has now been completed.

Five easy steps to installing your new Kindy Manager Kiosk on your Ipad.
Step 1: Locate and Open your Ipads App Store.
Step 2: Use your “Search” to locate the Kindy Manager Kiosk application.

Step 3: Type KM Kiosk in the Search Bar to locate the Kindy Manager Kiosk application.
Step 4: Once your App Store has located the application tap the download icon
to begin the installation process of your new Kindy Manager Kiosk.

Step 5: Once installation has completed, click the Open button to launch your
new Kindy Manager Kiosk application.
Note: Installation should take only 20 seconds to 1 minute depending on your
internet connection and signal strength.
Step 6: Your download and installation of “KM Kiosk” has now completed.

How to Register with Kindy Manager
Auto Payment Setup – Ezi Debit setup under Centre Details
When activating the Kindy Manager Kiosk you will need to setup your preferred method of
payment. From the setting option on the blue tool bar select Centre Details. From Centre
Details select the Ezi Debit tab, enter your preferred method of payment and press the
upload button.
Username and Password for Kiosk
A representative from the Kindy Manager team will contact you with your unique login
Username and Password, if you do not receive this information please contact us.
Pricing
Support for the Kindy Manager Kiosk is $50 per month and will occur as an automatic
deduction.

Export Attendances to Kiosk
We suggest that you upload the Bookings for the following week on Fridays. If a new child is
entered into Kindy Manager along with their Bookings or an existing child changes their
Bookings during the week this upload process can be repeated to include the changes.
To upload the Bookings select the Kiosk option from the Blue Toolbar and click onto Upload
Bookings. When uploading bookings for the coming week click onto Select All check that
you have the correct week number and Upload Bookings.
When uploading Bookings to reflect changes made during the week you only need to select
relevant class before selecting Upload Bookings.
Checking your Bookings
You can verify your Kiosk Bookings at any time by selecting the Kiosk Icon on the Blue
Toolbar and then List Bookings (Online). This gives us a view of all the Bookings held in the
Kiosk for the current week. This information comes directly from the Kiosk allowing you to
view your data in real-time including Signatures.
Note: Viewing your data using this option does not update any account information.

Downloading Bookings
This option is designed to download the Attendance Times from the Kiosk and update the
Childrens Bookings. Attendances can not be uploaded to the Government without the Sign-
in and Sign-out Times having been completed.

Frequent Questions:
Do I have to have electronic sign-in? (The short answer is no.)
The better question is “will a Kiosk be an advantage and a cost saving device”.
Under the new CCS System it WILL be compulsory for the arrival and departure times to be
uploaded to the Government on a fortnightly basis. How these times are entered into your
system is up to the individual Centre.
Option 1: You could employ a staff member to enter the arrival and departure times from
your sign-on sheets for every child every day.
Option 2: You could install a Kiosk and have the parents enter the times for you.
