Choose 25 major headings you want to incorporate in your book. Use your research and outline. Headings become the chapter titles.

Select 4 sub-headings for each of the 25. These subheadings become the meat of each chapter.

You write 2 pages on each of the sub-topics.

You now have a 200 page book.
