20% had issues with time/scheduling

18% extended –ve experiences to online learning in general

The staff perspective

19

My single biggest annoyance with current offering, esp compliance training, is the

inability to progress at my own pace - it's just too slow.

I often find the online training in say ethics or

compliance rather

long winded, and not relevant to my

area of business

I’d much rather learn the mandatory course

by drip feeding that the

massive 1 to 2 hours it takes. It is a

huge chore to do it this way. cant we just do it 5

mins a week ..

Online learning is mostly related to compliance tests -

while they are useful they are not

helping me do my job better

The mandatory courses all feel too generic and often lack relevance to my working

environment.

Workplace transparency Positively impact behaviour

Positive impact attitude/values

Inform corporate strategy Uniform/ standard process

Prevent misconduct Provide external audit trail

Minimising 3rd Party risk

We expect a lot from our

compliance investment
