1 How to Reinvest Your Company Stock Dividends Any dividends you receive as a result of owning company stock are deposited into your Fidelity Account ® as cash by default. You can change this option so that dividends are reinvested to purchase more shares of company stock. 1 To do this, simply follow these steps: 1. Go to Fidelity.com. 2. How to Reinvest Your Company Stock Dividends

Any dividends you receive as a result of owning company stock are deposited into your Fidelity Account® as cash by default. You can change this option so that dividends are reinvested to purchase more shares of company stock.1

To do this, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Fidelity.com.

2. From the main menu, select Accounts & Trade, followed by Update Accounts/Features, and log in.

4. Click Update for the specific security you wish to change.

5. Choose either “Reinvest in Security” or “Deposit to Core Account” and decide whether you want the change to apply to all similar equity positions. You can also indicate whether you want the change to apply to future purchases, transfers, and deposits.

6. Click Update when you are done to complete the transaction.

Reinvest in Security means that any dividend or capital gain paid will be used to purchase additional stock for you. Deposit to Core Account means that any dividend received will be deposited into your brokerage account as cash.

You may also make a change to your dividend payment option by calling a Fidelity Stock Plan Services Representative at 1-800-544-9354 any time between 5 p.m. Sunday and midnight Friday, Eastern time, excluding holidays of the New York Stock Exchange, except Good Friday.
