The reboot should take a maximum of 15 minutes to take effect. Our Customer Service Team actively monitor your router, and will call you if they see any issues. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with your Wi-Fi connection, usually a simple reboot of your router is all that is required. Occasionally a cable may have become loose, so please take a moment to check the back of your router to ensure that all the cables are plugged in securely and that they are in the correct sockets. The diagram below illustrates which cable goes into which socket. Where the broadband line goes in. Power cable. To be plugged into a power socket. Power switch.
