How to organize a phone conference

Go to www.FreeConference.com
Select“Log In” if you have an existing account or “Sign Up” to create a free account!
Your Dashboard
Schedule your conference by selecting “Schedule” on your dashboard.You can also view your past conferences by clicking on “Manage.”

After you select “Schedule” on your dashboard you will be sent to a page where you can select what sort of conference you would like.
The “Web-Scheduled Standard” option is the free & no-fee option. This option will suit most of your needs.
There are also other options that offer a variety of services such as recording for a small fee.
Time, Date, & Duration
After you select your schedule option you will be directed to a page where you can select the following:• Number of Participants• Date of your Phone
Conference• Time of your Phone
Conference• Duration
Recommendation: Select the longest duration just incase your phone conference goes over what you expected it to due to conversation or deliberations.
Invitations
On this next page you will be directed to select whether or not you want your invitations sent for you. Selecting “yes” will direct you to a page to input email addresses to be sent an invite. Selecting “no” will direct you to the confirmation page.

nt! This page gives you information about your conference for you to verify before you confirm. It is very important to click “Confirm this Conference” or your conference will not be scheduled.
In addition, this page shares with you information regarding the organizer and participant access codes as well as conference controls, agenda, and subject.

After you click “Confirm Conference” you will be directed
to this page where you can review your details and receive your “dial-in number” to give
to your participants.
It is important to copy/paste the time zone, numbers, codes, and other important details to your
participants to ensure that there are no typos in your Call to
Conference email.
Share with your members!
Once your conference is set up you will receive an email again with the details. Be sure that
is on your email “safe list” so that the message does not get
sent to your Spam box.
An easy way to inform your members about the conference is to forward this email with the
details.
