How to make the OOS
Loading the OOS Paper
Load the pre-printed
OOS paper into either
tray 1 or 2 of the copier.
Make sure to load the OOS paper
upside-down i.e. the towers of
the Central Synagogue logo
should be pointing at you.
Close the drawer, and, to complete
the process, tap confirm in the
upper right hand corner of the
copier’s control screen.
Printing the OOS
Select “File.”
Once on the file page,
select “Print.”
Locate “Print One Sided” in the
print settings, and click to display
the drop-down menu.
From the drop-down menu, select
“Print on Both Sides (Flip pages
on short edge)” as indicated to
the left.
Confirm that the “Print on Both
Sides (Flip pages on short edge)”
option has been selected.
Enter the number of copies
needed for the week, then hit the
“Print” button.
You will likely have to add more
paper to the tray while printing as
the capacity is 250.
