We are all born with intuitive abilities.

All these problems produce different vibrations (or energy) compare to the normal body tissue.

We can tune into the body (your own or the other person’s body) and sense these vibrations.

Why we dismiss intuitive hits?

Most often we dismiss intuitive hits because they’re rapid, fleeting bits of energetic data that are difficult to anchor in physical proof.

Or we dismiss intuitive hits because we don’t like the information we’re receiving.

Two parts of intuitive mind:

The subconscious mind refers to our feelings, emotions and senses.

The unconscious mind refers to the unconscious processes in our body such as digestion, respiration, perspiration, body temperature, waterworks, pulse, heartbeat, tissue growth, regeneration, blood pressure, metabolism, hormone production, etc.

Our behaviours and deep beliefs are located in the subconscious mind. That’s why when we try to work on a health or a relationship problem just from the logical minds point of view; we don’t get anywhere.

How do people perceive energy?

We perceive energy with our intuitive mind (both- subconscious and unconscious).

The subconscious mind refers to our feelings, emotions and senses.

The Energetic anatomy is as specific as physical anatomy. It consists of chakras, meridians and aura. Your physical body is surrounded by an energy field that extends

as far out as your outstretched arms. It is both an information centre and a highly sensitive perceptual system.

Dr Candace Pert (neuroscientist) proved that emotions are matter, and that they stay in our body and organs. Basically, she proved that our biography becomes our biology.

Dr Bruce Lipton probed that our beliefs are matter and they stay in our organs. He also proved that by changing beliefs we change biology (biochemistry).

Practical exercise 1

Sensing the energy of a person: holding hands exercise, sensing the energy of other person’s hands.

Subtle energy changes when your encounters are positive:

You feel comfortable with the person. You sense the energy ofbrightness and openness. - You have pleasant deja-vu moments - a sense that you haveknown the person before. - You feel completely relaxed and you breathe easily. Your belly,chest and shoulders and throat are relaxed. - You find yourself leaning forward, like you want to be closer tothis person. - Your heart feels open; you feel safe, secure, energised and alive. - You like the person’s touch. Their energy feels pleasant to you.

Subtle energy changes when your encounters are negative:

You feel sick in your stomach like you have been punched. You can experience negative deja-vu moments – they areunpleasant or even scary. Your body feels tight. Your shoulders and chest are tense, yourthroat constricts.- You may notice unexplainable aches, pains or weakness anywherein your body, especially in your limbs. You experience creeping sensations on your neck, backand scalp. You are sensing sudden feelings of fear, depression, anxiety ordarkness. The person’s touch feels very unpleasant to the point that youinstinctively withdraw if touched by this person.

External concept of power versus internal concept of power Internal concept of power— an ability to generate internal energy and

emotional resources, such as a belief in his or her self-sufficiency. External concept of power, which people get from external sources—

-other people (control issues, victim –vampire situations, power games)-money- job, status or a game Many people who lose something that represents power to them— money, or a job, or a game— or who lose someone in whom their sense of self or power is vested— a spouse or lover, a parent or child— develop a disease.

If you continuously send your energy to the past, to keep the dead alive – you will eventually develop an energetic debt that will lead to health problems .

But what you decide subconsciously: What percentage of your energy goes into that direction.

Chakra system

Energy centres (CHAKRAS)

Each energy centre contains very specific information about your life.

Each energy centre connects to the specific organs. There are very specific patterns of illness that we develop.

Most illness develop from energy loss below the waist (external power)

Inability to gain energy from above the waist (internal power)

Energy evaluation.

You must evaluate the chakras as an entire group, not just to look at one chakra.

Heart attacks are related to the intimacy problems (family, friends) and the energy loss originates from the 2d chakra . Strokes are related to impatience, injustice and blaming ( 3rd chakra energy loss) Breast issues – 2d and 4th chakras.

The 1st Chakra: Tribal Power. The area of your body that includes your blood, bones, joints,

skin, muscles, legs, feet and immune system— is the intuitive advisor that will let you know how safe you feel in the world.

Feelings of safety, support and protection. Feelings of being grounded, ability to materialize things.

Tribal chakra. From birth-5years of age.

The 1st Chakra: All is One

The first chakra grounds us. It is our connection to traditional familial (tribal) beliefs that support the formation of identity and a sense of belonging to a group of people in a geographic location. Your family does it for you.

Religion (wars based on religion beliefs – the energy from the 1st chakra)

Superstitions, tribal fears and spells Ethnic heritage (what you should feel about it) Generalisations about people (all Germans are organized, all Italians

are family oriented, all Russians are communists or spy) . Belonging to the family, tribal warfare

All is one

To create health in your first chakra, you have to take yourself home— make yourself feel comfortable, safe, secure, and at home in every group and every family in your life.

Bone and joint problems

People with bone and joint problems (arthritis, osteoporosis, bone fractures, back pains, slipped disks, joint pains -

feel overwhelmed by the responsibilities of caring for family and friends, always putting the needs of others first, before their own needs.

They become obsessed with caring for others, which make them feel very insecure and unsafe (due to energy loss)

Blood problems

People with anaemia, bleeding, bruising, or other blood problems (even leukaemia) tend to feel as though they’ve hit bottom – that they are completely alone with no support from family and friends. They become so destabilized that they trust no one, and they live in a world filled with seemingly endless chaos.

BUT!!! Blood problems can also relate to the 4th chakra energy. Lack of nurturance, love and affections.

Immune system problems

People who have allergies to food and the environment, who catch colds and flues all the time, lupus or other autoimmune problems often feel that they don’t fit in anywhere , and tend to be loners. They feel their needs don’t match the needs of people around them – so any mingling can be overwhelming.

People with EBV (mononucleosis) may have fears of not being good enough. That their inner support is being drained.

People who have colds all the time – respond to mass negativity too much. They associate themselves with it.

Skin problems

Psoriasis, eczema, hives, acne – people feel unsafe and insecure in “their own skin”. Highly anxious, not accepting themselves as they are.

Problems of the 1st chakra.

No money, lack of surviving skills, not grounded , not practical, no dynamism, no enthusiasm

Back pains , colon problems, constipation Feet and legs problems Depression, alcoholism, belonging problems Hyperactivity Sleeping problems Immune problems, general weakness Blood disorders, Allergies Bones and muscles problems Family (tribal) conflicts and fears associated with survival , abandonment

Healing the 1st chakra.

Become belong to at least 3-4 groups where you can share your belonging and identification. If one or two fail – you have support of others.

The 2d Chakra: The Power of Relationships

It deals with LOVE, MONEY, SEX, CONTROL and PHYSICAL POWER

It is the centre of our weapon. It deals with one to one relationship. The area of your body that includes the lower back, hips, urinary

tract, and reproductive organs— depends on how well you balance love and money.

When you try to control the other person.

Supportive / loving relationship

Problems of the 2d chakra.

Reproductive (sexual) organs problems including infertility Libido problems Bladder problems Lack of enjoyment and pleasures ( can’t have pleasures) Problems with youth – longevity. Rapid aging. Lack of charisma. Partnership problems (sexual and friendship) Problems with control: addictions, eating disorders, alcoholism,

obesity and etc.

The disorders:

lower-back pain, hip pain and sciatica (feel insecure about both –love and money)

Bladder (very sensitive when it comes to relationship and this makes financial independence difficult)

urinary, or vaginal infections (sexual guilt, feeling pissed off with a partner) menstrual-cycle irregularities (feel uncomfortable with her femininity) PMS; fibroids; endometriosis; (nursing a hurt from a partner) ovarian cysts; polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); infertility; vulvodynia; vulvovestibulitis; prostate problems; testicular pain; and several other pelvic-organ disorders. (

feel not worthy of love, resentful, insecure about being a man)

Inherent duality of the 2d chakra.

You always attract people who you need for the advancement of your spirit. Every person is your teacher.

The second chakra is responsible that we “attract” to ourselves relationships that help us come to know ourselves. We always attract the relationships which are needed for our personal growth (to have lessons). Well-known expressions such as “Like attracts like” and “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear” about the 2d chakra duality.

If we don’t learn one lesson we get another one. The saying “ you don’t get away with anything” is about the 2d chakra energy.

Creativity is in the 2d chakra.

SECOND CHAKRA ENERGY is extremely volatile because it seeks to create.

Creative energy, unlike inspiration— a seventh chakra quality— is essentially physical, of the earth or grounded. It is the sensation of being physically alive. Second chakra energy gives us our basic survival instincts and intuitions, as well as our desire to create music, art, poetry, and architecture, and the curiosity to investigate nature in science and medicine.

Blocking this energy can give rise to impotence, infertility, vaginal infections, endometriosis, and depression.

Creative abortions have similar energy to abortion of babies.

Ethical energy is the 2d chakra energy.

THE SECOND CHAKRA is the ethical centre of the body. While laws are connected to the first chakra, personal ethics and morals reside in the second chakra.

The second chakra organs “record” all our interactions in which we “give our word” to other people, make promises and commitments to them, or accept their promises.

The movie character Forrest Gump won the hearts of millions, primarily because of his ethical comportment toward power in the physical world.

Curiously, Gump was not overtly spiritual, and he did not reject sex, power, or money. Rather, he attained all of these second chakra goals through his innocence and inborn ethics. He never negotiated his spirit, regardless of his fear or loneliness.

Honour One Another

The spiritual truth of the 2d chakra is Honour One Another.

3rd Chakra – Personal Power

It is the power that makes you comfortable in the external world.

how you work with yourself in survival (work or in a group situation)

Your strength, self-esteem, honour, endurance, stamina.

Your third chakra— which includes the digestive tract, liver, gallbladder, and kidneys— is your intuitive advisor that lets you know whether or not you’re strong enough to both fulfil your responsibility to others and fuel your self-esteem.

How comfortable you’re with others.

Problems related to the 3rd chakra:

Diabetes, all the problems related to digestive organs, Weight issues, metabolic problems Eating disorders, Addictions (any)

Self-Esteem and Intuition

Your 3rd chakra is your centre of survival intuition. If you have low self-esteem you will not be able to follow

your intuition without a crisis. You will always require a crisis to change something in your life. You will not be able to have enough courage to follow your intuition.

Honour Oneself

To create health in your third chakra, you have to make yourself strong enough to be able to fulfil your responsibilities to others and have strong sense of self-worth (self-esteem) at the same time.

Healing and the 3rd chakra

Healing requires believing in yourself. ( healthy 3rd chakra) Believing you are worthy. Believing you are able to do things for yourself .

The 4th Chakra: Emotional Power of Love

THE FOURTH CHAKRA is the mission control – the energy of LOVE

It is about balancing your needs and the needs of someone else with whom you’re in relationship.

The fourth-chakra area— your heart, breasts, and lungs— is the part of your body that intuitively advises you when you’re having difficulty balancing partnerships and your emotional health.

Energy connections

Energy connection to the physical body: Heart and circulatory system, ribs, breasts, thymus gland, lungs, shoulders, arms, hands, diaphragm.

True forgiveness

More than any other chakra, the fourth represents our capacity to “let go and let God.” With its energy we accept our personal emotional challenges as extensions of a Divine plan.

By releasing our emotional pain, by letting go of our need to know why things have happened as they have, we reach a state of tranquillity. In order to achieve that inner peace, however, we have to embrace the healing energy of forgiveness (true forgiveness).

Creating health in the 4th chakra Creating health in the fourth chakra involves learning how to sing a

different kind of love song. As a teen, you probably worried about whether or not someone

loved you or not.(2d chakra) “If he doesn’t call, I’ll die,” you thought back then.

In your early adulthood, you moved on to the more mature heartache, and often even rage, of the classic somebody-done-somebody- wrong song. Such tortured ballads about cheatin’ hearts and slashing tires are typically full of anger, vengeance, and grief (3rd chakra). But after all of these immature relationships, you’re now generally ready for a mutually loving partnership characterized by emotional sanity. (4th chakra)

Love is Divine Power

The spiritual truth of the 4th chakra is Love is Divine Power

Now we live in the 4th chakra era.

At one time in our civilization, these three practices of love were all that life required. Very few people needed more than tribal and partnership love.

Now, became recognized as a force that influences and perhaps determines biological activity. Love helps us heal others and ourselves.

Life crises that have issues of love at their core— divorce, death of a loved one, emotional abuse, abandonment, adultery— are often the cause of an illness and not just an event that coincidentally precedes it. Physical healing often requires, and may demand, the healing of emotional issues.

4th chakra marriage

Not surprisingly, our fourth chakra culture has seen a nationwide increase in divorce. The opening of the fourth chakra has transformed the archetype of marriage into the archetype of partnership.

As a result, most contemporary marriages require a strong sense of “self” for success, rather than the abdication of “self” that was required in traditional marriages.

4th chakra marriage requires that one must be in union with one’s own personality and spirit first. After one has a clear inner understanding of oneself, one can create a successful intimate partnership.

Clairsentience , energy receptivity.

Energy receptivity starts from the opening of your 4th chakra. (sensing with your hands and with body)

The capacity to transcend negativity depends on how impersonal you can become.

Healing of the 4th chakra

Process of Forgiveness. Being in service of giving (true giving: when you give – you

receive) Practice generosity as a way of life. Affirmation:

I’m loving, kind, compassionate and warm. I forgive all who have ever hurt me in this or any other

lifetime. I am love, I am love, I am love.

The Fifth chakra: The Power of Will

How well you communicate in your life. Good communication is a two way street: you must be able tell your truth (express your needs, feelings and etc) and also be able to listen to others and be able to accept and understand.

The centre of will (willpower) The centre of choice

What it means to take a wise choice, what it means to take responsibility for the choices you make.

All illness has a connection to the fifth chakra, because choice is involved in every detail of our lives and therefore in every illness.

Goog communication skills:

Your fifth chakra— which covers mouth, gums, neck, thyroid, and shoulders — is the intuitive advisor that lets you know how your communication skills are doing.

Mouth related problems

Mouth problems such as cavities, bleeding gums, jaw problems, TMJ disorder have problems with communication. They don’t talk about and resolve their emotional disappointments. In places where they feel comfortable, they will talk, but they will not discuss what’s bothering them in their intimate relationships. Such self-revealing conversations will embarrass them or hurt their pride.

Is they’re in situation that’s uncomfortable or doesn’t inspire a sense of passion, they can become aloof and quiet and would rather seclude themselves.

Neck

Neck pains, arthritis, stiffness often come to people who have amazing communication skills -both listening and speaking. Trying to see both sides of any story they often become ill when their ability to clearly communicate things doesn’t work as they expect to.

When an argument can’t be settled by talking or when something in their lives goes wrong and they can’t control it, they often become aggravated and stubborn, sticking to their opinion and refusing to consider other viewpoints.

The real meaning of will

The will from the 1st chakra is to control the dynamic of your tribe.

The will from the 2d chakra is to control the other person and territory.

The will from the 3rd chakra is to control your physical possessions, your look (physical appearance)

The real meaning of will is not to control anybody , but to control yourself. And it is very hard.

The spiritual truth:

Surrender Personal Will to Divine Will

Karma and confession.

Karma is the energy and physical consequences of the choices we make. Negative choices generate situations that recur in order to teach us how to make positive choices. Once we learn the lesson and make a positive choice, the situation does not recur because our spirit is no longer attached to the negative choice that gave rise to the lesson.

The act of confession reclaims our spirits from the consequences of our choices.

Symbolically, confession liberates our spirits from past fears and negative thought patterns. Remaining attached to negative events and beliefs is toxic to our minds, spirits, cell tissue, and lives.

Working with the 5th chakra

1. Learning to speak your truth.2. Checking yourself every day: Where I plugged myself into? – to something or someone? – become aware

The Sixth Chakra: The Power of the Mind

This is your reality headquarters and human reasoning, management of your illusions. Also the chakra of wisdom, higher self intuition and seeing the bigger picture of things (having a vision)

The power of the 6th sense Ability to see the “false truths”; learning to act on internal

direction; and discriminating between thoughts motivated by strength and those by fear and illusion.

Developing a symbolic sight (understanding symbolic language)

The organs of the 6th chakra

Your sixth chakra— the area of your body that includes your brain, eyes, nose, and ears— is your intuitive advisor that lets you know how well you see the world from all possible perspectives.

Wisdom - the 6th chakra energy

We achieve wisdom both through life experiences and by acquiring the discriminating perceptual ability of detachment.The capacity to see the truth depends on your ability to have an impersonal mind.

Energy connection to the physical body: The brain and neurological system, pituitary and pineal glands, eyes, ears, and nose.

Illnesses of the 6th chakra

Illnesses of the 6th chakra: migraine headache; eye problems (such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration); ear disorders (such as tinnitus, vertigo and dizziness, Ménière’s disease, sensory-neural hearing loss, and becoming hard of hearing); neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and multi-infarct dementia); and developmental learning disorders (such as dyslexia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and attention deficit disorder).

relationship with the Divine. It is the chakra of prayer.

It enables us to gain an intensity of internal awareness through meditation and prayer.

High voltage intuition – you anointed with this and this is not your choice.

Energy connection of the 7th chakra

The central nervous system, the muscular system, and the skin.

Energy connection to the emotional/ mental body: it generates devotion, inspirational and prophetic thoughts, transcendent ideas, and mystical connections.
