How to Make a Leftover Turkey Sandwich Thanksgiving 2009
Reheat your Turkey and dressing (I prefer cornbread) in a casserole dish.
Add some gravy on top to keep it moist.
The Southern Cornbread Dressing from Whole Foods is the shit.
Here’s what it looks like when it comes out of the
oven.
Cut up the Turkey. Don’t be a idiot and cut your finger
off.
Add some of the cornbread dressing and mix it together. The Turkey to cornbread
dressing ratio should be about 1:1.
Toast some bread. And don’t be cheap and use crappy white bread. Spend the extra buck and buy some
good bread, ok?
Add just a little bit of mayo.
Be healthy and throw some leftover greens from the salad on
there.
Add your Turkey/cornbread dressing mixture evenly across
the bread.
Add some cranberry sauce.
Cut your sandwich. In triangles.
If you did it right, this is what it will look like.
Enjoy.
